Customer Service Officer
Jakarta Contract-Based
  • Follow up various inquiries from various communication channels (WA, Email, Hello Logisly) and answer common questions (FAQ)
  • Escalate inquiries to related departments (POD, Invoice, FAQ, sign up or forget the password, etc) by creating a ticket, and follow up on resolutions
  • Create RFQ requests to be made into RFQ by Allocation Team and follow up on results
  • Collect various data from Shipper and Transporters (Location details, location PIC, KIR, Driver License, etc) and upload to platform
  • 1-2 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in shift
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Responsive, empathetic problem solver
