Identify potential shippers in the market and complete appropriate research on the prospective shippers’ business
Develop relationships with prospective shippers, while maintaining existing shippers relationships
Become a subject matter expert on Logisly’s services, processes, and operations as well as educate shippers on Logisly’s technology and platform
Negotiate contract terms with shippers and communicate terms to stakeholders
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Elicit repeat business including new, profitable ways of working together with shippers
Liaise with operations team to ensure that all deliveries are successfully done
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain on-time AR payments
Solve problems for shippers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
Manage and provide coaching and counseling to Sales team
Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
Requirements
5+ years experience in solution, service, or logistic & supply chain sales, preferably specialized in handling B2B clients
Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA of 3.00
Strong problem solving skills including in finding new ways to solve shippers’ pain points
Passionate in technology, including ability to learn about and evangelize technology products
Adaptive to crossing industries to be able to solve logistics solutions from Manufacturing to E-commerce
Mindset of out-serving customers, responsive to inquiries and issues
Strong verbal and written communications, customer service, and negotiation skills
Deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
Comfortable setting up and working with targets
