Responsibilities
Identify and research potential shippers to understand their logistics needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing accounts.
Develop expertise in Logisly’s services and educate shippers on the platform.
Support pricing and contract negotiations with clear stakeholder communication.
Hit monthly KPIs through active prospecting and account management.
Drive repeat business by offering value-driven logistics solutions.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Work with internal teams and stakeholders to support timely AR collection.
Address shipper challenges with tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate pipelines, CRM updates, and reports.
Follow company policies and contribute to a positive, high-performance sales culture.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development; experience in logistics/supply chain is a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving ability, especially in identifying shipper pain points and proposing effective solutions.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (GPA 3.0+ is a plus).
Passionate about technology and able to quickly learn and champion Logisly’s platform and services.
Adaptable across various industries and able to understand diverse logistics needs.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to collaborate well with internal teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.-
