Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential shippers to understand their logistics needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing accounts.
  • Develop expertise in Logisly’s services and educate shippers on the platform.
  • Support pricing and contract negotiations with clear stakeholder communication.
  • Hit monthly KPIs through active prospecting and account management.
  • Drive repeat business by offering value-driven logistics solutions.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders to support timely AR collection.
  • Address shipper challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, CRM updates, and reports.
  • Follow company policies and contribute to a positive, high-performance sales culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development; experience in logistics/supply chain is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, especially in identifying shipper pain points and proposing effective solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (GPA 3.0+ is a plus).
  • Passionate about technology and able to quickly learn and champion Logisly’s platform and services.
  • Adaptable across various industries and able to understand diverse logistics needs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to collaborate well with internal teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.-
