Allocation Executive

Responsibilities
- Allocate trucking orders in time, within budget and according to SOP using knowledge of project management
- Ensure active rate of Logisly transporter partners
- Perform analysis and suggest improvements on key activities related to operations such as pricing, transporter KPIs, etc.
- Develop good relationships with customers (transporters and shippers), and attentively respond to complaints and inputs
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management to help with decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.00, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Transportation/other relevant majors
- Min. 2 years of experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain in similar roles would be preferred
- Having PPJK license is a must
- Intermediate to advanced skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong project management knowledge/skills
- Familiar in using Google Sheets for report building and formula writing
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
