Control Tower Executive

Responsibilities
- Monitor every order that enters the platform
- Ensure all shipments can be sent and received on time
- Ensure that all deliveries are according to SOP from pick up to drop off
- Report any issue that occurs in the order
- Create reports every week to the operations manager
- Answer order-related inquiries from Logisly shippers and transporters
- Problem-solve issues encountered during deliveries
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 would be preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain in similar roles
- Intermediate to advanced skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong project management knowledge/skills
- Willing to work on shifts
- Familiar in using Google Sheets for report building and formula writing
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
