Ensure all shipments can be sent and received on time
Ensure that all deliveries are according to SOP from pick up to drop off
Report any issue that occurs in the order
Create reports every week to the operations manager
Answer order-related inquiries from Logisly shippers and transporters
Problem-solve issues encountered during deliveries
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 would be preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain in similar roles
Intermediate to advanced skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
Strong project management knowledge/skills
Willing to work on shifts
Familiar in using Google Sheets for report building and formula writing
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
