Responsibilities
  • Handle customer needs end-to-end
  • Receive and process orders from customers
  • Act as a liaison for order allocation with the operations team
  • Bridge communication for shipment status updates and monitoring
  • Facilitate shipment documentation and billing processes
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (preferably Management, Communication, or Logistics)
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-oriented
  • Familiar with digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or internal systems)
  • Able to work in a team and under pressure
  • Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus
