Responsibilities
Handle customer needs end-to-end
Receive and process orders from customers
Act as a liaison for order allocation with the operations team
Bridge communication for shipment status updates and monitoring
Facilitate shipment documentation and billing processes
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (preferably Management, Communication, or Logistics)
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-oriented
Familiar with digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or internal systems)
Able to work in a team and under pressure
Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus
