Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on inquiries from multiple channels (WhatsApp, Email, Hello Logisly), including answering general questions (FAQs)
Escalate requests to relevant departments (POD, Invoice, registration, password reset, etc.) by creating tickets and monitoring resolution
Create and follow up on RFQ requests in collaboration with the Allocation team
Collect and upload data from Shippers and Transporters (location, PIC, KIR, driver’s license, etc.) into the platform
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable handling customer inquiries and problem-solving
Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Based in Jakarta and available for full-time internship (min. 6 months)
