Customer Service Intern
Jakarta Internship
Responsibilities
  • Handle and follow up on inquiries from multiple channels (WhatsApp, Email, Hello Logisly), including answering general questions (FAQs)
  • Escalate requests to relevant departments (POD, Invoice, registration, password reset, etc.) by creating tickets and monitoring resolution
  • Create and follow up on RFQ requests in collaboration with the Allocation team
  • Collect and upload data from Shippers and Transporters (location, PIC, KIR, driver’s license, etc.) into the platform
Requirements
  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable handling customer inquiries and problem-solving
  • Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in Jakarta and available for full-time internship (min. 6 months)
