DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production operations, including monitoring systems, incident response, deployments, and ensuring high availability.
- Collaborate with dev team to have more secure and better performance code
- Optimize database structures for performance, including schema design, query tuning, indexing, backups, and capacity planning.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect against hackers, including access controls, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance hardening.
- Build, automate, and secure CI/CD pipelines for reliable and safe deployments.
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and databases for performance issues, anomalies, and threats.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and collaborate with engineering/product teams on preventive measures.
- Automate operational and security tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code.
- Document procedures, runbooks, and security policies; contribute to disaster recovery planning.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and best practices to proactively strengthen our platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or security operations roles.
- Proven experience handling production operations, monitoring, and incident management.
- Strong database expertise (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL optimization, schema design, performance tuning).
- Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/Aliyun preferred), Linux, containers (Docker), and networking.
- Practical security skills: vulnerability management, IAM, encryption, logging/auditing.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Github actions)
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and cross-team communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
