Export-Import (EXIM) Admin Intern

Responsibilities
- Prepare Logisly Travel Letter for Container Exim activities
- Verify that all documentation adheres to import-export administration/policies
- Ensure smooth recap of Invoice Lift On - Lift Off from the Kerani Team, add-cost Ops (container installment costs) and hard copy of documents
- Receive and validate Travel Documents and Invoices from Transporters (EMKL) & Terminal Depots on Gsheet monitoring
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Required Skill(s): manage shipment, export and import policy
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Passionate in technology, including the ability to learn about and evangelize technology products
