Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment processes: job posting, initial screening, and candidate follow-ups
  • Support onboarding process and employee document management
  • Help with HR administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document validation
  • Assist in organizing internal events (training sessions, town halls, employee engagement) and documentation
  • Support employer branding initiatives (design and caption creation)
Requirements
  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (HR, Psychology, Business is a plus)
  • Interested in Human Resources and people-related roles
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle administrative tasks
  • Good communication skills and proactive attitude
  • Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in Jakarta and available for full-time internship (min. 6 months)
