Operational Excellence Intern

Responsibilities
- Assist the team in analyzing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Support data collection and processing of operational data
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and process documentation
- Support the implementation of efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Help coordinate cross-functional teams in executing improvement projects
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating process improvement outcomes-
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (Engineering, Business, or related fields is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data
- Familiar with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (basic data processing)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Based in Jakarta and available for full-time internship (min. 6 months)
