Sales Support (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities
  • Identify and channel potential leads to the respective Sales Managers.
  • Assist Sales team in preparing quotations, contracts (PKS), and other sales documentation.
  • Support customer registration processes and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Handle order administration including order creation and preparation of delivery documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales and order documentation.
  • Coordinate with shippers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
  • Maintain proper records and support administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (min. GPA 3.50) from a reputable university.
  • Proficient in Business Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and love doing sales
  • Comfortable doing cold calls, attending external meetings, doing sales pitches
