Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for internship, staff, and professional levels
  • Support manpower planning and align recruitment priorities with business needs
  • Execute employer branding campaigns across social media and events
  • Assist onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration
  • Maintain candidate experience and engagement throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare and update monthly recruitment reports and analyze channel effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR Ops for internal culture and branding initiatives
  • Provide insights and recommendations for recruitment process improvement
  • Support General Affairs matters including office operational needs, vendor coordination, and workplace facility management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other relevant majors from reputable universities with min GPA of 3.50
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience in technology industry/startup/headhunting/executive search firms
  • Strong passion for continuous improvements
  • Strong verbal and written communications (in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
  • Fast learner, quickly adapt to novel situations, meticulous, and well-organized
  • Great analytical thinking and top-notch problem solving skills
  • Passionate about candidate and employee experience
  • Ability to articulate, defend, and challenge ideas
  • Ability to catch up with fast-paced environment
