Responsibilities
- Recruit transporters and logistics service providers to join Logisly
- Understand Logisly’s transporter products inside and out and onboard transporters onto the platform
- Help troubleshoot shipments by transporters
- Develop relationship with, solicit feedback from and attentively respond to complaints and inputs from transporters
- Recruit, coach and motivate team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with min. GPA 3.50
- 2 years of experience working in logistics / supply chain
- Large network in the trucking / logistics community
- Strong communication skills and passion to outserve our transporters
- Willingness to travel 4 to 5 days a week to recruit transporters
- Ability to understand technology products quickly
