Transport Management Support

Responsibilities
- Assist with registration (PKS, Transporters (TS) profile, lead pipeline, pricing, app installation etc.) and continuously maintain data quality
- Actively reach out to Transporters (TS) via calls and messages to follow up on orders / non-orders on behalf of managers
- Monitor and ensure the end-to-end transporter onboarding flow runs smoothly
- Implement and support transporter programs
- Handle transporter inquiries, provide clarification, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Channel new transporter leads to Managers
- Maintain strong communication with transporters to ensure responsiveness, availability, and service reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or other relevant majors from reputable universities (minimum GPA 3.50)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain (minimum 1–2 years) is a plus.
- Comfortable and willing to conduct frequent outbound calls and routine follow ups with transporters.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build rapport with external partners.
- Detail oriented and able to monitor multiple transporter flows simultaneously.
- Responsive, proactive, and solution oriented in handling operational issues.
