Allocate trucking orders in time, within budget and according to SOP using knowledge of project management
Ensure active rate of Logisly transporter partners
Perform analysis and suggest improvements on key activities related to operations such as pricing, transporter KPIs, etc.
Develop good relationships with customers (transporters and shippers), and attentively respond to complaints and inputs
Preparing and presenting reports to senior management to help with decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.00, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Transportation/other relevant majors
Min. 2 years of experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain in similar roles would be preferred
Having PPJK license is a must
Intermediate to advanced skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
Strong project management knowledge/skills
Familiar in using Google Sheets for report building and formula writing
