Field Operations

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of Krani attendance
  • Weekly reminders to complete the Krani cost dashboard GForm
  • Monitoring and reminders for Krani App completion (SPX Krani team)
  • Recap and monitoring of container usage across zones via GSheet (SPX)
  • Recap of regular Ops petty cash expenses
  • Monitoring compliance with Krani App data submission via GSheet
  • Monitoring attendance (GSheet and GForm submissions) for Unilever dedicated units
  • Monitoring the GSheet for CPP dedicated units (I believe this is currently monitored by Yosafat)
  • Updating Enesis status in the Enesis application

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 would be preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain in similar roles
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong project management knowledge/skills
  • Willing to work on shifts
  • Familiar in using Google Sheets for report building and formula writing
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
