Responsibilities

  • Make a receipt for incoming and outgoing proof of delivery documents to be sent
  • Scan the proof of delivery document & follow up documents to the transporter
  • Re-check proof of delivery document that have been received

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major
  • Leadership experience in student organizations is a strong plus
  • Interested in logistics, supply chain, or operations-related fields
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
  • Based in Jakarta and available for full-time internship (min. 6 months)
