Lead Management: Identify potential leads and channel them efficiently to the respective Sales Managers.
Sales Administration: Prepare quotations, contracts (PKS), and other essential sales documents with high accuracy and timeliness, while maintaining proper records and ensuring all documentation is complete, well-organized, and up to date.
Customer Lifecycle Support: Manage end to end customer registration processes and maintain the integrity of the customer database.
Order Fulfillment: Handle order administration, including order creation, delivery document preparation, and cross-functional coordination with shippers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
Proficiency in Business Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory.
Strong administrative capabilities with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for sales and client engagement.
Comfortable and confident in performing cold calls, attending external meetings, and delivering effective sales pitches in Business Mandarin.
